Come along to Kohinga: St. Albans Community Centre, 1049 Colombo Street on Wednesday 19th July 7.30pm-9.00pm to test your Italian/Italy knowledge. The quiz will be on slides and in simple Italian. Teams of four people will be made up on the evening. There will be some small prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
There will be a $5 admission fee for each person, so please remember to bring some cash.
Room #2 will be open from 7.15pm and the Quiz will start at 7.30pm. Afterwards you can enjoy a glass of mulled wine, dolce, and a chat in English or Italian!

The 2nd Semester is starting from Thursday 6th July – please re-enrol asap by paying the fee of $270 to 11-7800-0054463-20. Remember to identify your course i.e. AB-1A, Int-3B, Adv A, etc.
If there are insufficient numbers of students, some courses may be cancelled!

FESTA DELLA REPUBBLICA
On Sunday 11th June about 40 people attended the ‘Aperitivo Rinforzato’ at Avebury House.
Marco Reale spoke briefly on the significance of Italy becoming a republic and then we enjoyed the delicious Italian morsels made by Brunella, Lisa, Roberta and Paola. A big thanks to them, and a special thanks to Peter Law for all the help he gave in the kitchen.
