The playgroup Giochiamo e Cantiamo insieme in italiano at the Multicultural Centre in Hagley Park starts again on 12th October for the last term of the year. Don’t forget to register your kids. We can’t wait to see you there!

Passeggiata di primavera - postponed to 20 October
Join us for our annual spring walk, returning this year at Hagley Park!
Our leisurely ‘passeggiata’ will begin at 10am at the Botanic Garden Visitors Centre and will last approximately one hour, following the scenic banks of the Avon River through the beautiful Hagley Park gardens.
We’ll conclude at Ilex Café, where you can relax with a coffee and enjoy some lively conversation in Italian.
This walk offers a wonderful chance to practise your Italian and connect with fellow Italian learners.

Do you like reading contemporary Italian literature? Would you like to know more about it?
Come and join us in informal talk about what interesting books we have been reading, or why not discuss and recommend some movies, TV series, articles, travel experience, anything related to the Italian culture? Many relevant items are available at the CCC Libraries.
Our last session of the year will be on Wednesday 30th October from 7pm to 8:30pm at Kohinga St Albans Community Centre.

Isulas from Sardinia - Thursday 7 November
We're very excited to announce a special event on Thursday, 7 November, at 7:30 pm! We have the incredible honor of hosting a group of talented artists all the way from the stunning island of Sardinia.
The evening will feature the Tenores di Neoneli performing Sardinian pastoral songs, recognized as UNESCO cultural heritage, along with Matteo Muscas on the launeddas, and Samuele Meloni on the accordion.
You'll also enjoy traditional Sardinian folk dances by Francesca Cau, Silvia Deidda, and Angela Fais.
Join us for a lively celebration of Sardinian culture at Aldersgate Hall, 309 Durham St North
$10 koha to cover for the cost.
