and invites you to come along to three events marking the week in Christchurch.
In December this year the art of the traditional Neapolitan pizza-makers is a candidate to be entered in the UNESCO list of world cultural patrimony.
To celebrate this come along to LA DOLCE VITA for a three hour Cooking Class and learn how to make an authentic Neapolitan Pizza cooked in a real Wood pizza oven and enjoy eating in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

A selection of fine wines, including Prosecco from the prestigious Valdobbiadene, another UNESCO candidate for 2018, will be tasted under Professor Roland Harrison, professor of Wine Chemistry at Lincoln University.
Cost: $36 pp (includes tastings of 6 different famous Italian wines and assorted platters of Italian cheeses, cold cuts, Genovese focaccia, artisan-made breadsticks and a nice sweet surprise at the end, all of this matched together according with the real Italian traditions)

Come and enjoy a lunch featuring classics of Italian regional cuisine from Liguria, Emilia Romagna and Sicily.
